Tripsun
Crossing over indie punk sounds with riff-heavy melodic punk / emo sonics, Tripsun was born in 2014 within the SE London Punk scene. Over the next decade, Tripsun would build a loyal fan-base by way of playing shows and building authentic relationships in their respective scene. The release of EP’s Peace of Mind (2018) + GLOW (2019) saw the band tour around the UK as well as North America, securing slots on Manchester Punk Festival and Envol-et-Madacam (Quebec City) + shows with many artists/bands Tripsun sighted as influences during their formative years. October 4th 2023 saw the release of their debut album ‘Kill The Dream’. ‘Kill The Dream’ is the result of a decade of graft and team-work, with some of the songs being written over the course of 8+ years. The release would bring worldwide attention, with appearances at the FEST 21 in Gainesville and yet to be announced slots at MPF 2024 + Nasty Cut Fest (Copenhagen).
